We have several large bodies of water and drought is not an imminent threat on our operations. In the event of a continuous drought, perhaps, but not now.

Temp setup for now. Will likely locate wood tools on other side of shop in "storage" or possibly in side garage. They're rarely used outside of construction but handy when needed. Will have 4x8...

Fabrication area of shop. 3p, 220v, and 110 power sources. All air in walls with remote compressor and outlets all over shop.

Downstairs interior, stained and sealed.

Garage and workshop spaces we just sealed. Saw no point in staining, it's a working garage and just wanted something on the surface to make cleanup easier...

The lights are really working out well. Was working on a friends car last week at night. Surprising amount of illumination and did not even grab a work light. I am very satisfied.
