Moving outlets up a wall

I know how to do this, but a friend told me moving them from default height would put me out of code. Not planning on selling anytime soon, but figured I would ask - would you leave the lower outlet...

It will display your color, and the 4 closest matches...

Alex,

I would like to see more info on getting an assortment of hex bolts and lag screws as well as washers galv and non galv..

Thinking basically 4-5 sizes of each for common household...
