I am building an new house with attached garage and find it interesting that my garage footings are 3 ft down where yours are much much shallower. I would think that the footings would be the same...

I just repainted my barn, did the singles about 3 years ago. I hate seeing old barns just fall. They have so much space potential.

The window's look so much better above the lower coloring. They do seem kinda high to open and close though from where the fella is standing out side. I am guess it isn't so bad on the inside.

You could easily get 3'4" more by making the garage doors flush in front as well. Plus less sideing/bricking easier roof line ect.... could save some money as well.
