Lots of insulation including insulated and well sealed garage doors. I notice you're in Denver. You won't regret spending $ on insulation. It also helps to keep the noise down.

I have that same drill press. It's worth what ever a new drill press of that size is worth and probably more as long as the spindle is not bent. Not much else to go wrong that can't be easily fixed...

I had these aluminum blocks left over from another project so I drilled them each to fit 3 taps and the proper tap drill for 75% thread. No more searching for the right tool, life's too short.

Yesterday, made a little progress on this cyclecar project. Next step is to work out the clutch and shifter linkage. The goal is to have it on the road by next summer.

I think it's a great idea and it's on my list of things to do someday. I plan on attaching the top of the lift columns to the i-beams that support the roof and upper story of my shop. I'll do this...
