Re: Offset on wall where stair handrail exists issue

Re: What happens when you don't have a plan.

Thanks. I am definitely keeping costs as low as I can. I'd love to do a ton more. I find that doing it on the cheap is part of the fun. I think I have $200 into the new cabinets which was a big...

Re: What's on your walls? Neat storage ideas!

I'd recommend...

Re: What's on your walls? Neat storage ideas!

Built these cabinets found in family handyman. Esentially large shelves with doors. Went up pretty quickly and have tons of space now mostly dust free.

Re: What happens when you don't have a plan.

Re-used some of my scrounged chipboard shelves. Forced the plywood straight with the shelves and dado'd some pine 1x2 to trim the exposed plywood edges.

Re: What happens when you don't have a plan.

Plan was to create the cabinets found in the Home Handyman magazine. Attach 2x2 strips to the studs, attach plywood to those, join it all together with 2x2s. Could not bite the bullet for the 3/4...

Re: What happens when you don't have a plan.

Re: Blowing in attic, how bad of a job is it?

Air horn is a great idea to signal to stop. I only did hopper duty and that sucked more than I thought it would for sure. Had to bust it up into chunks before feeding or else it wouldn't go in. ...
