Chris, you're alright in my book. You've been around long enough to have an informed and experienced opinion. Don't know that I could deal with culture issues you have in SO CAL, not that I'm prejugdiced cause I'm not, but I do expect folks to be thankful when I spend my money. I guess customer service is lacking all over though, I just hate when I pay for something and the cashier is talking on their cell phone and I pretty much don't ask for help unless the clerk is over 30.
