Picture time - who has the worse garage? Bad design, over loaded with "stuff". No room to navigate, etc. Post the pictures of how badly you need a month or more to get a clean garage. :lol_hitti:thumbup::beer:

Ditto. For the last three years my garage has looked like this:

(no pic = on garage)

That's changing soon though!

I have one, but not much better than not having one. It's an old 12 x 20 'tin' box built in 1955. Sides are falling off, big gaps along the base. Keeps the rain and snow off of my 67 Chevelle though. I do however have plans for a nice new 28 x 32 :)

I'd post a pic of mine, it's an eyesore and it's coming down in the summer but probably not being replaced, unfortunately

I assume this thing was built the same year as the house, which would be 1919. It still has the partial remains of a "two holer" outhouse on the side opposite where this picture was taken. No power, and a wooden floor.

Most of my relatives have tried to convince me to keep it just because they think having a barn in town is cool, but in the end it is way too inadequate. I've got some plans in the works right now, but won't really know what direction I'm going before I have enough in the bank to fund the entire project, and at that point I will run some ideas by the city and see what exactly I will be able to build.

My mess... Got caught by winter before finishing my landscaping so I've got piles of crush limestone, play sand, concrete sand, pallet of pavers, pallet of slate slabs and some retaining wall blocks. Add a truckload or two of garbage for the dump and you have my garage...

Well here is mine back in June of 07. Just a two car garage that has not had a car in it for 15 years. In the process of remodeling and maybe by June of this year is will be in a little better shape.
You probably can not see in the picture but there is plastic for ceiling to help hold in the heat, umm very dirty plasic with a few melted holes.

IMO, The barn looks cool. However you are the one who decides if it should stay or go.. IF your relatives think it should stay. Sell it to them! Now they can say they OWN a piece of history. I think it would be fun to see them squirm, as everyone knows "Cash talks and.........walks" :lol_hitti
