Great use of space. I love the cabinets above the garage door. How do you like having the chain fall verses an engine hoist?

Your shop really it outstanding, Tripp!
I'm realizing now that I have too much stuff in my place to be able to do something like that. Let alone have wall space for posters. I am now committed to either thinning the accumulation or finding more creative storage ideas to free up wall space. Thanks for the motivation. Keep up the great work. You did a really nice job on your garage. Functional and looks good to boot.
I noticed you used recessed lighting for the main lights. How well do they do for you? Do they put down enough light? Anything you would do different a second time around? I ask because I have a simalar sized garage (21 x 33) and have been kicking around the idea of recessed lighting, but don't think I can get enough lumens/sq ft. |

Hmmm...I don't think I would have ever thought of putting lights UNDER the bench (except as accent lighting to look purdy). Cool Idea...I got some rope lights at a fabulous price, which may now have a new home, thanks to that idea.

Bump to the top.
So Tripp, what's been going on lately in Tripp's Garage? Anything been added to the other cool stuff that you've done? |

Tripp,
You have created a truly amazing garage! I am in the process of getting started on mine, and you have certainly given me some ideas. Your fabrication skills are absolutely awesome! And yes, you DO have some really cool bosses! |

Damn nice woodworking. I like the lamination on the work table. How hard was that to do?

Just got caught up with all your progress. Really like the cabinets and shelves, hope to have the time to do something similar in my garage. Can't wait to see what else you've done.
