I have that side box but I use it standalone in a corner of my shop (vs. hung). It should be able to be hung on just about anything IMHO.

It's built like a brick **** house!!

I have two minor complaints:
1. I don't like the drawer detents. They're a little too tight and make the drawers a little hard to open.
2. The color is awful. HF must have picked 1972 faded Chevrolet red when they came up with the color. I also don't care for the textured finish. It's hard to clean.

i would say hf had better box than one... there was one from HF that had door...

The current model is the gloss red to match the new gloss red roller. The textured weird red is what matched the older roller.

I have both the side locker and the side drawer cabinet. Its really easy to install, just "hang" the side box on the top lip of the box and then theres 2 bolts at the bottom

It works well, detents are a little stiff if you dont have any weight in the drawers

All boxes now are painted in gloss red, my side locker is the old pale red crinkle finish for comparison

I have one. Bought it at the same time I bought the 44". It's quality is more or less the same as the 44" but there is some misalignment of the slides. You can see it in the pic at the bottom of the 3rd drawer. I'm going to straighten them eventually but it does not affect the use of the cabinet. Mine is the same smooth red finish as the 44".
