I put in my RaceDeck floor about 2 1/2 years ago (see photo). After a number of cleanings it started to look a bit dull, so I ordered a jug of Restore from RaceDeck. Well, I cleaned the floor and applied the Restore yesterday and I'm here to tell you, THIS STUFF WORKS. My floor is gleaming and glossy again and I couldn't be happier. Just thought I'd post this so you guys would know it works as advertised.

Thanks for the info... I just put down my racedeck this year but ordered a bottle of the restore and the all purpose cleaner as a precausionary measure. You only use a few ounces of the stuff with a bucket of water so I am sure the 1 gallon jug of each will last for years to come... BTW - nice Boxster!

Did you guys buy Diamond RD? Or, TuffShield? Was curious on which finish was looking dull.

I have diamond... mine is new (just installed this spring) and is not dull yet, however I wanted to have some of thier restore product on hand for the years to come as I am sure after the salt hits this winter I will want to use some in the spring and in case for some reason RD stops selling the chemicals when I do actually need it.

I am getting a sample of TuffShield and Diamond from RD before I make my purchase. So I was wondering whether the gloss finish on the TuffShield diminishes over time. Jorgen wrote me and stated they never had anyone complain or make a warranty claim concerning the gloss finish. In the photos, the TuffShield looks incredible. Besides being more expensive, was wondering what the downside of that product might be. In the scheme of things, the additional cost of TuffShield is really nominal. Sounds like buying the enhancer chemical is a good idea no matter which one you install. Thanks for that feedback.

let us know when you get the samples... the regular diamond is pretty glossy itself, I think the tuff shield may be a bit overkill for a normal garage. let us know!
