Sort of a twist on the "Garages at Night" thread. Let's see your garage in its winter setting....

Bah HumBug!!!!! I hate the white stuff, but if we get any snow, I'll snap a pic or two. Surprisingly, today it's 60f out. :rocker:

What a great idea for a thread! Thanks!

BTW: awesome Simplicity snowblower! I really like my 7 hp Ariens but I've always wanted a real Simplicity. Darned expensive though.

BTW #2: what's a guy with a moniker of Laredo doing in the snows of Minnesota? :D

No reference to Laredo, TX. Used that screen name on the Jeep forum a few years back when I lived out in WA state and was into 4x4's. Had a Cherokee Laredo. I guess it just sorta stuck... :dunno:

I feel very fortunate indeed. That was a gift from my father-in-law when we moved back to Minnesota. I still use the "baby Snapper" for those little snowfalls (under 6"), but the Simplicity is a kick-a** blower when the need arises!

We don't get significant snow very often , so when it does arrive , it's quite exciting for about 30 minutes ......... then I'm over it.

The shed is hidden in the murk beside the housebus. And, for what its worth, the fire is going and its nice and warm inside (the bus) :)

Doesn't snow much at the beach... here's one from January 2010 when we had a good amount.

Later that year around Christmas we got even more.

It was our yorkie's first time seeing snow... it clumped to his hair (they don't have fur) and eventually made him miserable, but he had a blast for awhile.

This was our first storm a few years ago. We had 28" overnight. It wasnt much fun digging out. The car thats buried under all that snow was my 85 Monte SS.

A snow from February of '11 provided a pretty good cover. Second shot helps show the depth of the snow- it was a good one. We need all the moisture we can get as we are currently at 280+ days without snow. Its not right.

This is are place after a September snowfall. Real winter normally starts around Halloween. This year it was in the fifties and no snow when we left in mid Nov. Two years ago, we had over 500" total snow fall. Have been spending the winters in Caribbean now for the last 10 yrs. Can't say I miss the snow much, but I do miss the shop. Mike

I heard Steamboat is getting snow now. I have never been up there in the winter. I am there most Junes for the Mustang Roundup though.

Hoping to get some snow down in the flat lands tonight.

Pic from a couple of years ago. Well, maybe more than a couple of years ago. 2006 maybe? No real snow yet this year.
