When Lennox was offering trial [free] blades last time, I guess it was a year ago or thereabout, you could watch these little video clip things, answer some questions, and each time you did that you could order a free blade, one of three different types of blade [wood, metal, demo', etc.]. You could do the web site video thing up to three times for three different blades. I know five different people who did it, including myself.

I rec'd one blade, one friend rec'd two, my sister got two, the others got one each. We had all tried for the full three-blade thing.

I figure they probably dedicate a certain number of blades, perhaps, to these special offers, and once that many have been sent out, that is the end. But I don't know that for certain, just guessing.

I haven't rec'd my blade this time, yet. The one I rec'd last time worked just fine. If I get one, it was worth the tiny effort; if I don't get one, whatever.

Anyone else have any luck? Second time these jerk offs did not come through with a blade for me....I'm sure I have gotten a ton of spam thanks to them though!

No blade here either. I would have gladly switched to them for my sawzall blades if it turned out good.

No additional spam that I'm aware of but no blade either... Well, that's okay - I just went and bought two large packages of Milwaukee brand blades.. The Ax series are a pretty
Tough blade!

Follow up: I used mine to cut apart some fence sections. The thicker blade kept it from flopping around on the narrower boards. Didn't notice much difference in the 2x material or the 4x posts. Didn't seem to cut any better or worse than the Milwaukee stuff I had on hand.

Tried it in both the 12amp dewalt corded and the 18v dewalt cordless saws.

Meh, what the heck! Never received either blade I signed up for, but all it takes is a couple minutes to sign up again!

I remember doing this a while ago. Got a demolition blade and a metal cutting blade. After using them I've never used any other brand... guess their free demo program does work..lol

Just put in for the demo blade and a hole saw. Not holding my breath since I didn't receive anything the last time I tried for a free blade.
