Still am blown away by this place.

This is the only way I could ever see me living in the "downtown" area of a city.

The stone in the shower is a honed 12x24 Alabama marble sold from Stone Source called Colonial Silver. The vanity came with polished Carrara which needs to be honed to match better.

I was wondering what was going to happen with the stairs..
3/4 Bullnose on the treads
1/4" on the rise

How do you plan to deal with the exposed non-Bullnose side on the Skirt side ?

Are you planning to lay a skirt on the wall side - how are you planning to deal the gaps

Nice copper pipe work on the tankless hot water heater. Is that for showers only, or also for heating purposes with radiant heating??

Problem I see with the natural gas supplying the tankless is that NG line should have a drip leg to catch any moisture/rust (ie should go straight down). I'd recommend that be fixed before running HWH.

Good luck with rest of build . . . AND . . . keep the pics a coming!

Is that ceramic flooring on the landing to the roof and in the utility room, meant to look like wood? How does it look cleaned up? I've thought about doing my bathroom with it but haven't gotten past the "yea thats an idea" phase.

Love the little details like how they use the tile as the rise for the steps above and below.

Care to post a pic of the tile baseboard. Curious how the finished the top to intergrate to the wall

Getting close! Will you move in before the garage is finished? Will the electrical service boxes in the living area reside behind some sort of cover? Like others here, I was hoping this thread would go on forever. Selfish I know, but dang it all, this has been good stuff.

I see the drywall isn't finished on the backside of the counter where the sink is. Is this because there still needs to be a final inspection on the plumbing ? Or is it going to be another fancy surprise ?

Everything is really coming to ether now. Not sure I like the style of all the lights you picked out, too many styles mixed together, but that's just a matter of taste.

x2 on the WOW !!

Transformation is turning out terrific. I like the balance of textures and wood you have achieved and fixtures look great to me.

Too bad that next door neighbor has such poor cheap siding and dangling coax line for satellite TV antenna up on roof !! Speaking of satellite, I thought I saw one on your old roof so curious if you'll have one on top of bulk head?? Hoping you have conduit already in wall down to distribution point for TV connections?

Keep pics coming . . . love how it's developing!

Doors are AWESOME.

The stair tread to the terrace/roof needs some work.
I guess they're using straight stock..

Have your cabinetmaker put at least a quarter round on the edge of the tread so it's not a sharp corner. Note, when I say 1/4, I'm not talking base but routed on the tread.
