Always clean my tools, every time I use them. My dad is responsible for instilling that in me. I would help him at his job almost every day after school while in Jr. Hi. Get a tool, put it back.... clean.

I took WD-40 to my screwdrivers and pliers last night - they look like brand new tools except for the scratches!

I wipe mine down after every use. For the caked up sockets carb cleaner works pretty good.
