Cool.. cheap stainless steel bolts ? What grade is stainless steel 18-8 equivalent to ?

18-8 has a tensile strength similar to a Grade 2 steel screw

Grade 2 is unhardened like you'd get in those packages at the Hardware store. You don't want to use 18-8 for a high strength joint
