Another question for you: you said you picked this box over others because it has 20 drawers vs 16-17. Does that mean it is 3" taller than the others to fit that extra row of drawers in, or does it mean that all 20 drawers are less deep (tall) to fit the extra row in (if this makes sense).

I am outgrowing my box and looking into these 72" boxes so your experience is very helpful to me.

It is the same demensions as the other boxes (or approximately the same) the height is within an in or so. The drawers in the Montezuma that I looked at were deep (from top to bottom) and that equates to a LOT of wasted space. Some of the cheaper Snap-on boxes are the same (the 4S series). If you are putting wrench sets, screwdriver sets, etc... (most of the things that go in a toolbox), you neeed shallower drawers not deep ones otherwise there is a lot of space above the tools that is essentially unused. The drawers are around 2 1/2" deep instead of 3 1/2" deep so you get far more storage in the same box dimensions. Of course ther are other drawers that are deeper in this toolbox and you can tell in the pictures (some are 3 1/2" deep and soem are more). On a side note: the Matco box I had before this one the drawers were 2" deep which was probably just a little too shallow for many of the tools I put in it (especially if I had the wrench racks or screwdriver racks in the drawer - they simply would not fit in the shallow drawers).

Very nice!! I'll be paying great attention to this box.

Question: Doesn't HF have a 72" top box as well along with a matching side cabinet?

Yes they do. They also have a side cabinet ( about 67" tall) with a full door on it with 2 or 3 movable shelves and 4 or 5 drawers inside the side babinet. Harbor Freight is currently out of stock of the top and side cabinet so they can't be viewed on their website. {I don't know why but when they ell out or run out of an item it can't be viewed on the website until it is back in stock. I called and asked them about this.} Just keep checking regularly and they will be back up. I think this is turnin into a big seller for them. As I stated earlier, this is the EXACT same toolbox as the Torin box sold by Northern Tool.

Where do you get the 20% off coupon from? Is it a general coupon or specific to this behemoth? Nice score by the way

Popular Science magazine (as well as some other magazines) always have them in there. This month and last month have the 20% off coupons that are good for several months. The one in this months PS is good until 3/10/10 and you can use it as many times as you want (on one item for every purchase).
