I have done time with most of the major brands. (except Honda) Chrysler was the only one that actually awarded a trophy for advancement.
G.M. tried a really weak program, that involved a "single" Goodwrench branded wrench.(not available to the public at the time) It was short lived, to say the least.
Toyota offers a point program,(with certification levels) that you can exchange for premiums. SnapOn gift certificates, small appliances, blah blah.
I have been with Ford for about 7 months, so any rewards/awards programs are still unknown at this point. When I was doing Ford back in the 80's, they had parts and service "MVP Rallies". It was a night of food, drink, and a plethora of give-aways.
