For anyone considering tile in SoCal , here is a price that can’t be beat at $.45 SF. . The minimum order is 600+SF. PEI 5
Freight was over $600 to TN, so I needed to pass. There is plenty in the warehouse in SoCal. but none in Atlanta.

I'm in Central Cal and shipping for me was $370. More than the tile itself.

It basically put it at $1/sq ft. for me.

Yeah really only a deal if you can haul it home yourself from their warehouse

That's a great deal. Although the minimum is about two times what I'd need.
