I have been working with Garage Equipment Supply for the past few weeks to get a group buy for the members here. I finally have all the details.
The group buy will be offered at a price of $1800.00. They have also offered to provide a 15% discount on some Dannmar accessories. The details of the group buy are as follows.
The group buy will be available for one day only on 1/30/2012. The order must be placed on that day to receive the group buy price. If you want to participate in this group buy you need to call 805-222-8704 on 1/30/2012 and mention you want to take part of the Garage Journal MaxJax group buy.
There are three delivery options.
1. Default delivery – The MaxJax will be delivered to a business or residence (possible extra charge for residence *) where customer is responsible for unloading the MaxJax from the truck. This means you will need a forklift to remove it from the back of the semi-truck trailer. There is no additional change for this delivery.
2. Terminal delivery – The MaxJax will be delivered to a freight holding site for pickup. You will be responsible for picking it up using a pickup truck, trailer, etc. The cost for this type of delivery is $59.00
3. Liftgate delivery – The MaxJax will be delivered by a truck with a liftgate. This can be to a residence or business. The driver will be responsible for unloading the MaxJax from the truck and placing it on the driveway or in front of the residence (possible extra charge for residence *) or business. The cost for this is $135.00.
*** Residential delivery surcharge – An additional charge may be needed if the MaxJax has to be transferred to a smaller truck for residential delivery. If a full size semi-truck cannot get to your residence this fee will apply. The cost for this is an additional $40.00 on top of the liftgate fee.
For all delivery options above you will talk with someone at GES to discuss when you order. I just wanted to give an overview of the delivery options and possible charges.
GES has also offered to provide a 15% on Dannmar accessories. Basically anything besides compressors, lifts, tool chests from the link below should be eligible for the discount. They did say accessories which I take to mean the rolling chair, motorcycle adapter, oil collector, etc. You do not have to purchase the MaxJax to take part of the 15% accessory discount.
