last month i posted about my snap on 3/8 drive 872mp ratchet. i sent it back to snap on for warranty, got it back saying discontinued, no warranty. after searching a bit, found that mac tools carries something very similar to it. ordered a repair kit for it, used the boss spring, the top plate. SO, needless to say, i now have a SMAC-ON ratchet....

I think Facom was the original maker of that mechanism.

Nice! They didn't have a rebuild kit?
I got a rebuild kit for my 1/2" drive version a few months back. Tricky one to put together. |

no rebiuld kit for the 3/8, they did, however send me one in 1/4. get another kit while they still carry it in 1/2!
