I actually thought that the 4 WD Rangers were easier to do the motor swaps with.... the 4 WD crossmember seemed to sit farther back in the frame so I cold run a mechanical fan with mine.

Biggest thing that I wish for would be a mechanical fan.

I swapped in a 1995 5.8L from a Bronco into my 1992 Ranger 2 WD. Didn't buy a think from Advanced Adapter....

Wish I had room for a mechanical fan though. 5.8 L is a bigger block than the 5.0 L, especially when you keep the stock front engine accessories
