Interesting thought, I like it. I wish that you could remove or hide the doors all together though. Maybe a mini garage door roll down thing?

It's nice to cover up the pegboard to avoid dust on your tools and the visual clutter, but it's also nice to be able to get to your tools quickly when you're in the middle of a project.

If you make it so the doors are easily removed, then you have the best of both worlds. I think RedAggie03 was suggesting some sort of roll down door.

rquackenbush got it...I'm thinking something like one of those old desks that had the roll away covers. Do they sell something like that? it would be cool too if you could close and lock it in case someone does happen to get in the garage.
