went to an estate sale today, picked up these-

1/2" dr Billings set, mostly billings with a few craftsman and proto sockets, in the original billings metal case

SK 3/8" set in the original case, painted black

Whitney Jensen metal punch #5 in original metal case

Wiss snips

3 sears screwdrivers

$6 / ea for the socket sets/punch, $3 for the snips,$1.50 for the drivers for a total of $22.50

There was an estate sale nearby today and I went by. A line out to the street. Lots and lots of tools. So many that I'm sure they were selling like a pawn shop. Prices were twice as much as your deals. I could see stickers in the pics.

The Whitney punch is great for making holes in sheet metal.
I have a later version that came in a plastic box. I'd love to get a metal box for my set.
