Well it lives! Been a lot of engineering and redo engineering but I'm 90% done.

Hardest task was getting a safety lock designed and work. Now will cut the floor and set it in flush as others have done.cant wait till it's all done.

Here is the final test with the truck.

The last problem arose after I replaced the pump with a new higher pressure pump.I have a pendent to turn motor on and the power unit has a solenoid valve to stop and start the fluid. It worked good with old pump but now it doesn't stop the back flow and the pressure from the cylinders back feeds the pump and spins it and let's the lift drift down without the locks engaged.Ill get it.

I have the saw to cut the floor so maybe tomorrow I'll cut it..

Put a check valve in there.

If you put one in then how will it release pressure ? I have a hand flow control valve that I can use but wanted it to be all controlled by the pendent. the plan is to put quick hydraulic disconnect fittings on it or something like a manifold with shut offs and use the hydraulic unit to power my h frame press and use the pendant to control it.Thinking way out there but made a 18 ft pendant cable so have the option

Between the pump and the solenoid valve. You'll still have the valve to drain it back to the tank but the check valve will keep it from draining back through the pump. Your old pump probably had one in it to keep it from being deadheaded.
