Here's a few more. This was a real budget build, so I had to flat black the left case because it was in rough shape, I couldn't decide wether to look for a chrome one or black out the right case

Nothing wrong with a hardtail pan, i actually expected more as older chopped harley's are incredibly popular bikes. Very nice, i like how clean it is.

Old pic of current bike

A little newer pic. Ditched the flat-biller Monster graphics for stock, put on a white front fender, and changed a million other things.

Bikes from the past, maybe 1/4 of what I've owned

Adam what year is the KX. My son had a 99 that was one of the best bikes we ever had. Something about the handling made you feel like you could do anything. When I bought my last bike (06 RM) I chose it because it had basically the same frame.

Cool Sportster, reminds me of the customs from when I was a kid. That's what I'd like (pan head), I prefer the fat tire bikes. Good story, a pile of us went up to Milwaukee for one of the HD anniversaries (forget which one , they seem to have one every year), anyhow several of the guys had the skinny front tire/chopper style bikes (big turning radius) and me and another guy with fat tire bikes (small turning radius) were up front and we kept intentionally doing U-turns on narrow streets, it was hilarious, they finally caught on.

Doh! I see a Sportster motor on that Buell, the peanut tank through me off (the bike looks short?), not sure why it's as obvious as the nose on your face that it's not. '79 AMF Low Rider?

Mickey O,

Krusty's bike is a Shovel Head with a sporty tank.

I don't have any pics but I had a 64 Pan in a straight leg frame that looked a lot the the black 57, I had 3.5 gal fat bob tanks on my bike and it was blue.
