If I had not spent a lot of time reading this forum I would have just grabbed some craftsmen stuff.Used some of the ratchets today changing a clutch on my kids car.The New Britian 1/2" is as long as a breaker bar with a small head and fine tooth ratchet wheel. That thing made the job much easier.
The guy said his uncle has 8 large tool boxes in the shop.Hope to get first crack at them would be nice to get some cool old boxes.I have big 20 year old Snap On boxes but something from the 50s or 60s would be nice.

Took apart a couple of the newer ratchets cleaned and lubed the mechanical parts then oiled and wiped down the chrome.
The Herbrand and Mac might be of more interest to a collector all the others will be put to use.
